Ah, so your problem is a little different from the one Seagoon has, but the same equipment may solve it. With such a fast passage through your septic tank, there may be just enough time for scum to form and sediment to settle, but insufficient time for bacteria to digest either. It's easy to see that a monitor would be very useful here.

When you pump on to the other location, do you pump just the liquid portion?
